Martrade Shipping + Transport GmbH is based in Duesseldorf, which is one of the most vibrant business centres along the Rhine River. Since its foundation in 1993, Martrade has established a network of offices in Germany, England, Russia, Ukraine and the U.A.E. with about sixty employees.
The head office in Duesseldorf serves all customer requirements in Europe and America, whereas the sister company MGL Dubai focuses on Asia and Africa. Chartering and Operating activities are both executed in Duesseldorf and Dubai while the offices in Odessa, Moscow and London maintain technical and commercial support to the other branches.
The Martrade Shipping group offers its expertise in worldwide transport of dry-bulk, general and project cargo. The chartered tonnage is tramped worldwide, but Martrade offers regular sailings from the Black Sea to the Middle East, India, Mediterranean and Northern Continent and consolidates steel, bulk and project to ship-units. The future vision is to expand the charter fleet and to enter into new areas, such as South America.
