Operations department

The operations department ensures effective response to actions taken to control vessels. The department is responsible for controlling vessels operations, cargo handling at loading and discharging ports for all vessels. This includes direct contact with shipping agents, port authorities and stevedores at load and discharge ports all over the world. The load and discharge port operations are personally controlled and supervised by our port captains who have personal relations with senior port authorities and port operation staff and are also well known to consignees and receivers.
Our personnel is happy to assist clients with the information about day-to-day operations to help to maximize efficiency of the information flow i.e. to keep the clients dully informed about any progress and developments of vessel/cargo position. Whether it is meeting a difficult time frame, solving a problem, or providing information needed - our operations department has comprehensive knowledge or how to deal with all types of situations and to find solutions to any problems that may arise during the process of transportation. Our goal is to help you make the most of your shipping needs.
The operations department is a state of the art communication facility, and all operations personnel are always available on mobile phones as well as having the ability to retrieve/send emails, fax messages, telexes from the office remotely.
